Looking for a male visiting scientist or doctoral Ph.D student who is quiet and considerate.

Room has large closet, double bed, cable TV, DVD, stereo radio. Bedroom is connected to an adjacent small study room with an installed private telephone line. Large porch located next to the room.

Full bath, large dining area with full kitchen privileges across the hall. Two (2) other male tenants on floor.

House Rules:

No smoking. No overnight guest. No loud TV/Radio.
Tenancy at will. Rent is $145 per week, utilities included. No security deposit.
Require first and last weeks' rent pay in advance. Minimum stay is four (4) weeks. For short stays of several weeks, the full payment is expected.
All payments need to be made by a Massachusetts Bank Check, US Postal Money Order in US currency, or cash in US dollars. No personal (out-of-state) checks or credit cards are accepted.
All utilities are included with the exception of telephone services and laundry facilities.
(Full Commercial Laundromat services available at the corner of the street.)
